Element2 Group is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the Fall River, MA 1st shift. This hands-on role leads daily manufacturing operations, drives production, quality, and safety, and develops a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervision in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage schedules, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. A collaborative approach and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing production schedules and KPIs.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support production employees on 1st shift.
• Schedule work to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, quality, scrap, and downtime while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while holding the team accountable to performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
• Complete production reports, attendance tracking, and other daily documentation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and corrective actions as needed.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement.

Production Supervisor – 1st Shift Location: Fall River, MA Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (rotating Saturdays) Pay: $70,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on 1st shift. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving production, maintaining quality standards, promoting a safe work environment, and developing a high‑performing team.
