Accelera in Fall River, MA is seeking a Production Lead to manage manufacturing workflows across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will guide a hands-on team, enforce safety and quality standards, and hit production benchmarks in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical education valued.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret production schedules, instructions, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Analytical skills to support quick decision-making.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
• Autonomous decision-making to ensure consistent production quality.
• Proficiency with production documentation and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct, instruct, and inspire production staff on your shift.
• Organize daily operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Track timelines to fulfill client orders on time.
• Allocate staff to stations and reallocate as needed.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance on the floor.
• Lead shift briefings and finalize shift reports.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with maintenance to reduce outages.
• Maintain logs of material usage and inventory.
• Foster improvement and effective handovers.
