You will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and monitor the facility's LAN resources, and supervise local plant IT Specialists.

The role coordinates with Corporate IT to align local systems with policy, manages IT budgets, and participates in on-call rotations. Opportunity to support Troy and Auburn Hills locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 5-7 years in an IT role, preferably automotive or industrial.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, C#, and MES.
• Effective communicator with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage LAN-based information systems setup, maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Ensure upgrades and service packs are implemented as required.
• Analyze technology trends and provide IT solution recommendations for the production floor.
• Develop and adhere to IT budgets for site requirements and new programs.
• Manage local IT personnel, including coverage hours and training.
• Perform on-call problem resolution and follow-up analysis.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT for local system configuration and maintenance.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, or other computer related area or equivalent lesser degree and/or related IT experience
