Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Technology support role.
- Experience troubleshooting production floor systems and related technologies.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, networking, and databases.
- Experience with Office 365 applications and SQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, control, troubleshoot and monitor MES shop floor software and related production systems.
- Support and maintain Windows server environments and related infrastructure.
- Assist with administration of LANs, wireless networks, and connected devices.
- Monitor system performance and availability; provide technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user computing.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and manufacturing system issues; document changes and procedures.
- Coordinate and support IT projects, system implementations, and equipment installations.
- Follow corporate IT policies and cybersecurity requirements; participate in on-call rotations.
