- Configure, maintain, control, troubleshoot and monitor the facilities MES shop floor software, database and related production systems software and hardware.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows server environments and related infrastructure.
- Assist with the administration and support of Local Area Networks (LAN), wireless networks, and connected devices.

- Provide technical support for plant IT infrastructure, production systems, and end-user computing environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and manufacturing system issues using logical and analytical problem-solving methods.

- Participate in on-call support rotations and provide off-shift support as needed.

Position Requirements
Education
- Associate degree (2-year degree) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering,
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Technology support role.
- Effective problem solver
- Experience troubleshooting production floor systems and related technologies.
- Effective communicator (written, spoken, peers, operators, managers)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, networking, and databases
Preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments.
- Experience troubleshooting production floor systems and related technologies.
- Highly proficient in use of Office 365 applications
- Proficient in use of Microsoft SQL Database and Microsoft Windows servers
- 2+ years Cisco Network administration experience
