Job summary

Inteva Products in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/PC&L professional to manage daily operations, ensure on-time deliveries, and optimize inventory processes. You will coordinate with shipping, receiving, and production, and maintain accurate ERP records.

The role requires Associates level education, strong communication, and forklift certification where possible; prior plant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Word and Excel; experience with ERP software (PLEX and SAP).
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work effectively in a team on the manufacturing floor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach.
Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure on-time component delivery.
Oversee warehouse replenishment and returnable container management.
Optimize warehouse staffing with shipping/receiving schedules and production needs.
Access customer portals for shipping/tracking and reflect in ERP.
Arrange shipments via customer portals and ensure routing compliance.
Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts; drive improvements.
Lead training for lift truck drivers and schedule recertifications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
