Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a front-line production support professional to manage incidents, triage outages, and ensure governance across multiple applications. You will be the focal point for the customer and associate experience, restoring complex production incidents within tight SLAs.

The role requires hands-on Teradata, AutoSys, and Hadoop experience, with on-call rotation including weekends and holidays. Strong SQL, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Teradata.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with AutoSys and UNIX.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Hadoop.
• Provide on-call rotational support, Saturdays, and Sundays and on holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads production support triage efforts and escalation when needed.
• Documents impacts, outages, and customer experience in the system of record.
• Analyzes monitors/dashboards/logs to communicate with leadership and vendors.
• Identifies root cause, resolutions, and preventive actions for incidents.
• Supports governance during triage and outage testing.
• Acts as SME for applications within the portfolio.
