Job summary

Bank of America seeks a seasoned production support specialist to be the first point of contact for service incidents and to maintain stability across a portfolio of applications. You will document SOPs, investigate incidents, and partner with technology teams to improve monitoring and configuration.

The role requires strong triage, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 1st shift US, with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Application Development and/or production L2/L3 support experience.
• Strong triage and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Experience working in highly integrated, fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly with application and technology changes.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-location teams.
• Good Communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support application components and infrastructure; respond to alerts; resolve issues to prevent customer impact.
• Fulfill requests from users, operations, auditors, and regulators within SLAs; drive process improvement and monitoring.
