Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking an Electrical Engineering candidate to join the Surface Based Effectors Production Department. You will troubleshoot hardware and processes, resolve issues on production lines, and perform failure analysis.

You will create electrical drawings updates, investigate improvements, and collaborate with a multi-disciplined team to apply engineering tools and ensure quality in a DoD-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM by start date.
• Experience with RF/analog/digital circuit design or analysis.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
• Resolution of issues on production lines and in testing (including suppliers).
• Failure analysis / root cause determination and corrective action implementation.
• Create and present electrical engineering drawing update solutions.
• Investigate and implement process and/or test improvement projects.
