Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead to head the Electrical Team on a production program onsite, delivering strong technical leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will mentor 10–15 engineers, guide design reviews, testing, and documentation, and partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues. A bachelor’s in engineering or related STEM field and 8+ years of production/RT&E experience are required; FPGA/ DSP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design experience; FPGA knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Team on a production program and mentor engineers.
• Provide technical support to 10–15 engineers and prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate with team lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Support design reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel <25% annually; onsite 1st shift.
