LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA seeks a Production Group Supervisor I for the D shift to oversee and coordinate the assigned production group in a cost-efficient manner, ensuring adherence to product specs, HSE and quality standards. The role requires supervising staff, driving LEAP initiatives and maintaining high performance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment required
• Minimum of 4 years equivalent combination of education and supervisory aerospace experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment required
• Familiar and understands Lean Manufacturing Processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate activities within the assigned production group.
• Ensure production goals are met and safety/HSE standards followed.
• Drive OEE improvement and LEAP projects in area (PSM, CONWIP, KANBAN, 5S).
• Supervise staff development, assessments, and training as needed.
• Represent manufacturing on cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
