Job summary

Ground Effects LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production of parts for customer vehicles, ensuring quality and adherence to policies and schedules. The role requires managing staffing, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the production team to address issues promptly.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, communicating with management, ensuring proper tagging of WIP, and maintaining equipment functionality while adhering to IATF16949 and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Must be team oriented and able to provide on-floor support.
• Education: minimum Grade 12; further education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staffing to meet production build schedules while ensuring quality and safety.
• Maintain communication with Plant Management for efficient daily operations.
• Support production team and address issues; ensure FIFO and proper tagging of work in process.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and coordinate troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensure nonconforming products are handled correctly and assist in root-cause analysis.
