Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of FIFO.
• Must follow instructions on a formula.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player capable of working with others.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Flexible in work and shift hours.
• Adhere to GMP policies.
• Proficient with computers.
• Willing to be forklift and tote certified.

Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover equipment according to product needs.
• Repair and operate all machinery on all shifts.
• Ensure equipment is ready for on-time startup.
• Make adjustments to keep products flowing; perform troubleshooting.
• Complete daily production reports accurately and legibly.
• Train new associates as needed.
• Assist QA with sampling and related duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per GMP guidelines.
