Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing supervision/leadership experience.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a designated area to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Instruct employees in PPE usage and safe work practices; enforce safety standards.
• Train and mentor staff; monitor performance and implement improvements; coordinate daily production plans.
