Paycom - ATS is seeking a Production Manager to drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will lead the manufacturing team, review KPIs regularly, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

The role emphasizes Lean leadership, strong communication across all levels, and an autonomous management style to sustain performance improvements. This position involves active participation in the S&OP process and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Business).
• 3–5 years managing salaried personnel.
• Experience with LEAN teams or leading LEAN teams is preferred.
• Strong manufacturing and technical abilities with overall management acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Autonomous and self-directed.
• High credibility and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement culture to achieve SQDC performance.
• Lead regular KPI reviews for the manufacturing team with urgency on strategic priorities.
• Ensure KPI systems track appropriate measures and drive response behaviors.
• Present plans, actual results, and KPI progress.
• Allocate resources effectively to prioritize company goals.
• Partner with management to ensure product and customer satisfaction.
• Play a role in the S&OP process and benchmark best practices.
