Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift production of assigned departments and meet quality specs.
• Lead training for new employees on production processes and safety.
• Accurately track production data and verify against induction reports.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and perform coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
