Job summary

Paycom - ATS in California seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily corrugated manufacturing operations. You will supervise a production team, monitor equipment, enforce safety, and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues while meeting shift goals.

You will coach staff, report on production and downtime, participate in planning meetings, uphold Lean improvements, and drive a culture of teamwork and accountability across the plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in corrugated packaging is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and plant safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet shift goals.
• Monitor equipment and workflow for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Enforce safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues affecting production.
• Report production, labor, and downtime data accurately and timely.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and provide coaching to staff.
