• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure GMP policy compliance.
• Review shift production and determine remaining balance to run.
• Verify end-of-shift paperwork (crew size, hours worked, cases produced, skids completed).
• Verify item numbers, purchase orders, and materials for accuracy.
• Train and develop personnel, including cross-training across departments.
• Rotate personnel to cover breaks and work varying shifts, including overtime.
