Job summary

OMG Inc. in western Massachusetts seeks a Group Leader to coordinate production, guide a team, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote teamwork, communicate clearly, and own issues in your area while supporting Lean initiatives and operational goals. Leadership, problem-solving, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical experience relevant to the work area preferred.
• Ability to understand written and verbal assignments and related documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build teams.
• Basic PC skills including MS Office Suite preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience developing and/or training team members preferred.
• Good people skills and willingness to teach and learn from others.

Responsibilities
