We are seeking a Production Supervisor that possesses strong supervisory, organizational and planning skills and will have demonstrated experience in overseeing a department crew in a production facility. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met and achieved while being mindful of company quality standards. The primary responsibility of this position is to execute the daily/shift production schedule provided by assessing staffing needs and assigning designated personnel where required as well as providing overall direction to the staff in accordance with all company‑wide policies and procedures. This candidate will be a key contributor to a strong Safety Culture within the organization.
