Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues using established processes and procedures.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve workflow disruptions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, production documentation, and operational reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and best practices

About the Role

What You Will Be Doing

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments

• Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams
• Proficiency using inventory, operational, or reporting systems along with standard business applications
• High school diploma, GED, or skills-based equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• Experience using operational performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality improvements
• Equipment certifications relevant to warehouse or production operations
• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting the development of team members
