Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to site safety protocols.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure workflow and quality standards.
• Track KPIs for safety, productivity, quality, and delivery; adjust staffing as needed.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas in the area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve site performance.
• Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Lead daily standup meetings to provide operational updates.
