Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods; maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety/health regulations.
• Physical ability to push/pull, bend, walk, lift, carry and reach moderate weights in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review item velocity reports to optimize picker productivity and space utilization.
• Assist slotting of new items at receiving.
• Slot items into pick slots to support outbound orders.
• Use slot types based on movement, product characteristics and pick method.
• Update warehouse pick locations and reserve pallet locations as needed.
• Ensure warehouse mapping is current.
• Run daily and weekly capacity reports.
• Review product placement to reduce replenishment tasks and travel time.
