Responsibilities

• Process and maintain production-related data and records.
• Confirm required materials are available ahead of builds.
• Review, update, and help manage the production scheduling process.
• Expedite and prioritize workflow to meet delivery expectations.
• Coordinate and support weekly production schedule meetings.
• Build trust with internal teams and external customers/suppliers through proactive support.
• Identify and carry out improvements; help guide resolution of technical issues with practical, long-term solutions.
