Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing/production support experience (engineering or technician capacity).
• Working knowledge of process improvement and quality fundamentals.
• Clear communication and a collaborative, shop-floor mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support production on process improvements and standard work
• Help create a workplace where coworkers have the tools, training, and leadership to succeed
• Drive waste elimination and workflow stability across builds
• Monitor process performance and help ensure quality output through teamwork
