Job summary

Komline is seeking a Production Control Specialist to coordinate production schedules, manage work orders, and ensure on‑time delivery across the shop floor. The role links planning, purchasing, inventory, engineering, production, and shipping to align materials, workflows, and priorities with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in production control and strong ERP/MRP and BOM-reading skills, plus excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years in production control, planning, scheduling, or inventory in manufacturing.
• Experience reading BOMs and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Create and maintain work orders, travelers, and docs for shop floor.
• Review BOMs and organize subassemblies and sequences.
• Verify material availability and coordinate with purchasing.
• Monitor WIP, inventory, and production priorities.
• Release jobs based on material, labor, and sequencing.
• Maintain ERP data and generate production reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve flow.
