Algas-SDI is seeking a Production Controller in Kent, WA to drive daily production flow and maintain visibility of work in progress. You will translate changing priorities into clear, actionable plans, coordinating with Planning and Production to keep customer commitments and delivery excellence.

• Experience coordinating production activities in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to translate changing priorities into actionable plans.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily Kanban boards for each Production area.
• Attend daily standup meetings with the Production Manager.
• Manage the work order pipeline to support readiness and execution.
• Break sales orders into task-level work orders with clear direction.
• Sequence production work based on commitments and resources.
• Provide visibility to teams for Now and Next priorities.
• Verify material availability, drawings, and work instructions before release.
• Identify and resolve production blockers and constraints.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to resolve issues quickly.
• Support hour estimating, planning, and burndown tracking.
• Monitor progress, throughput, and readiness.
• Track risks to schedule and escalate delays.
• Promote visual management and standard work.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve sequencing.
• Promote safe production practices and adherence to procedures.
• Support cross-training and team development.
• Perform other operational and planning duties.
