Job summary

SKDLA is seeking an Operations Planning Specialist to be the right hand to the Business Unit Director and to own the daily production plan across the floor. You will manage sequence, due dates, and capacity while maintaining visibility of every case using live dashboards and lab data.

The role emphasizes executing and improving the planning process, with success measured by On Time Delivery, Turnaround Time, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or related role.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data reporting experience.
• Experience in regulated production environments is a plus.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to build and optimize planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily Production Planning & Load Balancing across stations and shifts.
• Maintain real time visibility of all open cases and escalations.
• Track aging, at risk orders, and ensure on time delivery targets.
• Coordinate rush and special handling without disruptin g standard work.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support BU leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service.
