Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is minimally required.
• Knowledge of InSight ERP system or ability to learn.
• Experience with manufacturing procedures and processes required.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and databases.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the scheduling of production orders and printing/distribution of production schedules.
• Maintain and update documents (NESHAP, SDS/MSDS, JHA, installation instructions, CI documentation).
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain counts monthly; update records accordingly.
• Schedule hot parts and ensure timely completion.
• Cross-train in inventory control (receipts and cycle counts).
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Assist with HR responsibilities by coordinating plant-wide events and employee communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
