Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of InSight ERP system or ability to learn.
• Experience with manufacturing procedures and processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; databases.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills—listening, verbal, written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Walk the plant to monitor production flow and hot parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling production orders and printing/distribution of production schedules.
• Maintain and update plant documentation (NESHAP, SDS/MSDS, JHA, etc.).
• Perform inventory transactions; maintain counts monthly; update records.
• Schedule hot parts and ensure timely completion.
• Cross-train in inventory control including material receipts and cycle counts.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Assist with HR by coordinating plant-wide events and employee communications.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.
