• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Prior experience in inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, or office administration is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the schedule for line production.
• Purchase raw materials to keep production supplied.
• Assist with tracking raw material and finished goods inventory for month-end and year-end reporting.
• Answer multi-line phones professionally and direct calls to the right person.
• Support the front office as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
