Job summary

Kitchen Fresh is seeking a Production Floor Team Leader to guide a fast-moving floor to produce safely, efficiently, and with quality. You will lead a shift, coach Supervisors, and ensure clear communication across Production, Maintenance, and Shipping.

You'll manage staffing, attendance, and daily task flow while upholding GMP, food safety, and continuous improvement, partnering with leadership to lift throughput and reduce waste in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in food production.
• Clear communicator with strong problem-solving chops.
• Background in workforce scheduling, staffing, and team development.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide a production team to produce safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• Coach Supervisors and develop staff through feedback, training, and recognition.
• Manage staffing plans, schedules, attendance and daily task flow.
• Ensure GMP compliance, food safety, quality and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive throughput and reduce waste.
