HelloFresh in Derby is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a production shift, guiding a team of operatives to meet KPIs and customer expectations while upholding health, safety and quality standards.

You'll collaborate with HR and Training, schedule tasks, analyze production data and drive continuous improvements. Two shift patterns available; UK location. This role rewards leadership in a fast-paced FMCG environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment.
• Practical knowledge in an operational environment.
• Team player who promotes a positive environment and collaborates with surrounding teams.
• Experience in FMCG/ Food Manufacturing is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift team to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
• Foster productivity, teamwork and employee engagement.
• Schedule tasks, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with HR and Training teams on day‑to‑day queries.
• Maintain records on production and food safety data and analyze for improvements.
• Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are met.
