Job Overview

As a Production Welder at Robinson, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, fabricating high-quality metal components. You will execute welding operations with precision, ensuring products meet quality and durability standards.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Perform welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Operate welding equipment safely, following procedures and safety protocols.
  • Inspect welded components for defects and make adjustments to ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about welding processes and quality issues.
  • Follow company policies on safety, quality, and conduct.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or fabrication with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
  • Knowledge of welding principles, metallurgy, and ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and tools.
