Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to provide daily support for production lines, ensure optimal flow and assist operators with equipment operation and adjustments.

You will troubleshoot, analyze recurring problems, drive continuous improvement, document root causes, and support preventive maintenance while adhering to safety and quality standards. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with pneumatic, servo, and industrial control systems.
• Hands-on equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Experience in corrugated packaging is a plus.
• Ability to read production docs, electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to production lines and maintain high output.
• Troubleshoot equipment and implement solutions.
• Mentor operators and train on equipment operation and SOPs.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and equipment standardization.
• Support continuous improvement projects per LEGO guidelines.
