Job summary

The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to provide daily support for production lines and ensure optimal output. You will troubleshoot equipment and assist operators with operation, changeovers, and adjustments per SOP.

Applicants should have 3+ years in manufacturing or maintenance, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read schematics and drawings. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read electrical schematics and machine docs.

Responsibilities

• Daily support of production lines and ensure target output.
• First line of troubleshooting for production equipment.
• Assist operators with operation, changeovers, and adjustments per SOP.
• Identify improvements to equipment and processes and support CI initiatives.
• Document root causes of downtime and participate in preventive maintenance.
