Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in production engineering or process development.
• Solid understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for NPI and volume manufacturing.
• Implement SPC for new products and monitor process stability.
• Drive structural improvements for recurring manufacturing issues and chronic quality challenges.
• Provide technical support assisting First Line Support (FLS) for production issues and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering for product design and qualification, and update process documentation.
