Synthomer plc is seeking a Production Engineer to support Jefferson Site manufacturing units in Jefferson Hills, PA. You’ll help ensure safe, stable operations and provide technical support across operations and maintenance teams.
Key responsibilities include data monitoring, troubleshooting, and leading improvements via MOC, plant trials, and reliability projects. You’ll interact with multiple departments to drive productivity and comply with safety and quality standards.
Qualificações
- BS in Chemical Engineering and hands-on process exp.

- 2–5 years of chemical engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Comfort with large continuous chemical processing equipment and operations.
Responsabilidades
- Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing units for safe, stable operations.
- Monitor operating data and perform analyses to meet the operating plan.
- Lead process improvements using MOC, debottlenecking, and plant trials.
- Develop procedures and train operators as needed.
- Lead incident investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Interface with support groups to prioritize and initiate projects.
