Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and establish priorities with cost considerations.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and production issues with supervisors.
• Minimize scrap and manage MRO usage while keeping work areas clean.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare monthly report cards.
• Ensure employees follow policies and maintain stocked, ready-to-use supplies.
• Assist in monitoring SPC systems and data retention for analysis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
