Job summary

Nutricost is seeking a Pre-Production Assistant to support manufacturing by creating and maintaining precise production documentation. You will manage BOMs, work orders, and lot numbers, ensuring information is accurate and ready for production.

This role involves collaboration with multiple departments to keep documentation current and production-ready, with opportunities to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative support, data entry, manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and accuracy with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Production Documentation: Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, lot numbers, and production records with accuracy.
• Support Production Operations: Prepare production documentation, process product revisions and ingredient updates, and assist with production scheduling and work order changes.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Research & Development, Production, Labels, and other departments to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and production-ready.
