Qualifications

• 1+ year of graphic design, production design, or related creative experience.
• Customer service experience with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Experience creating print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite with established competency in InDesign.
• Preferred: 2+ years of graphic design or production design experience.
• Preferred: Experience supporting print, copy, or production environments.
• Preferred: Experience working with templates, standardized documents, forms and brand guidelines.
• Preferred: Experience with web-to-print or online ordering systems.
• Preferred: Healthcare, regulated industries, or detail-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow RICOH Service Excellence performance requirements.
• Partner directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide design guidance within established standards.
• Design and update healthcare forms and other print materials using approved templates and design specifications.
• Translate customer requests into clear, accurate, production-ready files.
• Manage and prioritize an active queue of design requests while meeting established deadlines.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs align with printing capabilities, efficiency requirements, and cost-effective production methods.
• Review proofs and coordinate with print production personnel to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across forms and printed materials by adhering to established brand and document standards.
• Support continuous process improvements and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
