Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Specialist, Graphic Design to help develop and produce complex multimedia communications across print, digital, and web. This onsite role in Charleston, SC supports a steady flow of projects from conference materials to internal marketing and web page designs.

You will bring concepts to life, prepare production-ready assets, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet quality and design requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related job experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Print production and project management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, creativity and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional interaction with stakeholders.
• Develop new artistic concepts and translate them into effective visual media.
• Create production-ready assets and maintain design quality across print, digital, and web.
• Use InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver on Mac and PC to create assets.
• Coordinate with clients, printers, and internal teams to meet deadlines.
