Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. seeks a Specialist, Graphic Design to create multimedia communications under tight deadlines. You will develop concepts, prepare designs for print/web, and specify production techniques while adhering to brand standards.

Applicants should have 3+ years of design experience, strong layout skills, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver). This on-site role offers growth and collaboration with marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree (Design) preferred or related coursework/certificates.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Proven design and layout abilities.
• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Print production experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and represents Ricoh professionally.
• Develops new artistic concepts into the visual medium.
• Design work with expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver on Mac/PC.
• Produces print-ready layouts for brochures, packaging, ads, and digital graphics.
• Consults with clients to identify needs, budgets, and deadlines.
• Reviews proofs and coordinates with printers/publishers for production.
• May lead other designers and manage asset libraries.
