Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visual assets for digital and print and to manage production tasks. You will ensure brand consistency and support the Creative Manager in fast-paced projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent), 2+ years of portfolio-driven experience, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills. On-site collaboration is expected in Covington, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a focus in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• Minimum 2 years of strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals (i.e. typography, layout, color) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) required
• Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to work required
• Strong communication and time management abilities required
• A positive personality and willingness to learn and follow mentorship required

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all design work
• Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets for easy access and version control
• Prepare and submit digital banner ads, including resizing and formatting as needed
• Coordinate print production: request quotes, prepare and send print-ready files, and ensure timely delivery
• Support senior designers and the Creative Manager with production tasks and revisions
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
