Qualifications

• Familiarity with Inside UFPI and safety systems.
• Experience with CI, 5S, TPM, and machine audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct the production operation of the department and shifts.
• Coach and develop employees; set agendas and timelines.
• Monitor costs, quality, and productivity; report results.
• Enforce safety standards; participate in safety committees.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive tasks and audits.
• Prepare records and adapt to company policies and laws.
