Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2+ years in manufacturing ops or supervision.
• Experience with production scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimization.
• Lean manufacturing, quality control, and safety knowledge.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with 5S strategies preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible to adjust work schedule based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a proactive safety culture and enforce safety rules.
• Coordinate activities from post-order entry through shipment preparation.
• Create work orders, schedules and allocate resources to meet customer needs.
• Communicate production updates across finance, operations, sales and related departments.
• Supervise daily operations of the department and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using ITW Toolbox principles.
