Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of manufacturing operations and supervision experience.
• Experience with production scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimization.
• Lean manufacturing, quality control, and workplace safety knowledge.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to adjust work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Foster safety-first culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate work cell activities, create schedules, allocate resources and ensure material availability.
• Manage daily operations, onboarding, training and performance within the cell.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and drive standard operating procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for sales and customer service on orders and inquiries.
• Perform additional tasks to support business needs.
