Job summary

ITW Specialty Films is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive safe, efficient, high-quality manufacturing across a multi-shift cell. The role focuses on production flow, scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-functional communication to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations and production supervision.
• Experience with production scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all work cell activities from post-order entry through preparation for shipment.
• Create work orders, establish production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure material availability to meet customer expectations.
• Provide clear production updates and adjustments across finance, operations, sales/customer service, and related departments.
• Supervise daily operations within the work cell and ensure adherence to policies.
