Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to support planning and execution of manufacturing processes in the southern Columbus area.

The role emphasizes coordinating production, managing inventories, and ensuring safety compliance and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Track production rates with labor hours vs units completed.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet targets.
