Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to plan and execute manufacturing processes, coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with production and engineering teams, monitor labor hours vs units, maintain production records, and support lean manufacturing initiatives to keep targets on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Track production rates with labor hours vs units complete.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve any production issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets.
